1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or unexpected delays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information when available.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Ardelure offers a variety of shipping options depending on your location and order size:

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders can only be shipped to countries where Ardelure operates.

  • P.O. Boxes may be accepted for standard shipping but not for expedited or international shipments.

  • Ardelure is not responsible for shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier; Ardelure is not responsible for delays beyond our control.


5. Delays & Lost Packages

Ardelure is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

  • Customs processing for international orders

  • Weather, natural disasters, or global events

  • Incorrect shipping information

6. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs charges.

  • Delivery times for international shipments are estimates and not guaranteed.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped.

  • Contact Ardelure support immediately if you need to make changes.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and standard return/exchange policies apply.


8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
