Refund policy
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our pieces.
We accept items for exchange if it is defective. There is no refunds unless you have received a defective piece.
Items must be in new unused condition with original packaging. Tags still in tact, and no odor.
NO EXCEPTIONS
If a refund is requested for a defective piece, it will only be for cost of the piece. Shipping is not refunded.
We will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
Please contact the shipping provider for any missing or stolen packages.
